Robert M. Fries
President/Secretary
Robert having joined the firm in 1984, heads up one of Tidewater Virginia's oldest and continuous financial planning practices. Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Christopher Newport University in 1998. His tax preparation training was obtained from H&R Block in 1984. He is also a Registered Investment Adviser Representative. He has held the Series 7 and 63 security licenses.
Robert and his family live in Newport News, Virginia where he is very active in the Boy Scouts of America and recreational league soccer. Robert is the son of the firm’s founder, Malcolm G. Fries.

Teresa L. Briley, PFP
Vice President/Treasurer
Teresa joined the firm in 1991 with an extensive knowledge of employee benefit programs. She obtained her Professional Financial Planner designation from Old Dominion University in 1995 and her Series 65 license in 2002. She is a Registered Investment Adviser Representative and is a life, health and annuity insurance consultant/agent.
Residing with her family in Hampton, Virginia, Teresa is extensively involved in her children’s school and sports activity, and she’s a busy member of Liberty Baptist Church.
